If your subscription payment fails on re-origin, don’t worry—this can happen for a number of common reasons, such as expired cards or insufficient funds, and there are simple steps to resolve it.
What happens when a payment fails?
If a payment attempt is unsuccessful:
- You will receive an email notification
- We will automatically retry your payment method multiple times over the following 7 days
- During this period, your access may continue temporarily
If the payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to the re-origin program and community may be paused.
How to fix a failed subscription payment
To restore uninterrupted access:
- Log in to your re-origin account
- Go to My Account
- Update your payment details
- Ensure your card is valid and has sufficient funds
Once your payment method is updated, access can typically be restored quickly.
Keeping your billing information up to date helps avoid interruptions to your progress in the program.
