WHY RE-ORIGIN

Designed for the moments when work gets difficult.

Employees don’t need another presentation telling them stress exists. They need practical ways to respond when demands rise, attention fragments or conversations become difficult.

The Workplace Reset draws on re-origin’s previous workplace wellbeing initiatives and participant feedback. Those insights helped shape a shorter, more practical approach to learning that fits real working days.

Across four live sessions, employees focus on one workplace challenge and develop skills they can keep using after the program.

Practical learning, not another one-off stress-awareness talk.

FEEDBACK FROM AN EARLIER WORKPLACE INITIATIVE

“This was different from the other courses we've had before. I actually learned something, put it into practice and saw results.”

WHY IT MATTERS

Workplace pressure is personal.
The learning should be too.

Two people can face the same demanding day and experience it differently. Rather than prescribing one technique for everyone, The Workplace Reset helps each person work with the moments they find challenging.

01

Overwhelm and competing demands

When urgent requests, shifting priorities and an overloaded calendar make it harder to decide what comes next.

02

Focus and mental fatigue

When interruptions, mental load and repeated task-switching leave attention scattered.

03

Difficult interactions

When tense conversations, uncertainty or challenging exchanges feel particularly draining.

04

Switching off after work

When the working day ends but the mind remains busy, making recovery and boundaries harder.

Employees choose a manageable work situation; they never have to disclose personal circumstances to the group or their manager.

THE FOUR-WEEK PROGRAM

Not four disconnected workshops.
One journey that builds.

Each 45-minute live session combines accessible explanations, guided practice and techniques employees can adapt to their working day, even when time is limited.

WEEK 01

Your Brain Under Pressure

Notice how perceived demands affect attention and behavior. Map the early signs, usual responses and aftermath of one real workplace moment.

Takeaway: Your Pressure Pattern Map.

WEEK 02

From Reactive to Responsive

Try gentle orienting, comfortable breathing and accessible movement options. Choose what is useful, without forcing a technique that does not fit.

Takeaway: Your personalized two-minute reset.

WEEK 03

Reclaiming Focus and Mental Energy

Explore cognitive load, interruptions and realistic prioritization. Identify what is within personal control and what needs support from the workplace.

Takeaway: Your Focus and Energy Plan.

WEEK 04

Making Change Stick

Return to your original pressure point, rehearse a more useful response and create a plan that makes practice realistic, even during demanding weeks.

Takeaway: Your 14-Day Workplace Reset Plan.

BUILT FOR THE WAY YOUR PEOPLE WORK

One structure.
Relevant examples for your team.

The core learning stays consistent. We adapt scenarios and practical exercises to the situations your employees actually encounter.

Managers and team leads

Competing priorities, difficult decisions, uncomfortable conversations and maintaining boundaries.

Customer-facing teams

Emotionally demanding interactions, recovering after challenging calls and returning attention to the next task.

Knowledge and office teams

Fragmented attention, meeting overload, deadlines, interruptions and switching between priorities.

Suitable for office, hybrid and remote teams. We tailor examples to your workplace and can schedule separate regional cohorts when time zones require it.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

What employers usually need to know

Do employees have to share personal experiences?

No. Exercises are optional, cameras can be off, and people can work privately on a suitable challenge.

Can we run this across countries?

Yes. Delivery is live online in English. We schedule cohorts around regional time zones and quote additional cohorts separately.

Is this therapy or a mental health treatment?

No. It is educational, skills-based workplace wellbeing training. It does not replace clinical care.

What can our HR team expect to learn?

Optional reporting can summarize attendance, relevance and self-reported use in aggregate. Individual responses stay private; this is not a clinical or workplace productivity assessment.
