Nov 21 | Awareness and Relaxation of the Back | Restore a sense of stability and comfort in your back muscles. This session is designed to recognize the connection of the abdomen and back, improving posture and overall well-being. |
Dec 5 | Awareness and Relaxation of the Lower Back | Learn gentle, soothing movements to relax your lower back and support your body’s natural healing processes. |
Dec 12 | Awareness and Relaxation of the Hips | Reconnect with the foundational area of your body, allowing your hips to release stored tension. This practice will also help you feel the pelvic area become lighter, promoting a sense of ease. |
Dec 19 | Integrating the Whole Body in Movement | In this final session, you’ll integrate everything you’ve learned, moving with softness and ease. Experience a full-body sense of relaxation, restoring trust in your body’s natural rhythm.
