Unfortunately we are not able to diagnose anyone.
However, if you are not sure whether or not your symptom is limbic related we can say that limbic system impairments often arise from an overactive stress response rather than physical damage or disease. Symptoms include but are not limited to, heightened sensitivity to stimuli (e.g., smells, sounds), persistent issues despite no clear medical cause, and a tendency to worsen with stress or fear-based patterns. They often overlap emotional and physical symptoms (e.g., anxiety, fatigue, pain) and improve with nervous system regulation. If symptoms align and respond to these techniques, the limbic system may be involved. Always rule out medical causes first.
