MENOPAUSE AT WORK

Beyond awareness: practical menopause support for employees and managers.

Menopause can affect sleep, energy, concentration and wellbeing, with experiences varying significantly between individuals. Employees need accurate information and appropriate support. Managers need confidence in what to say, what not to assume and what changes may help.
Our training combines menopause education with neuroscience, neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation and practical workplace guidance.

OUR SCIENCE-INFORMED APPROACH

A practical addition to menopause education

Neuroscience can help explain how hormonal transitions, sleep, stress and attention can interact. Neuroplasticity and behaviour-change principles inform how people learn and practise supportive habits.

Menopause is a biological transition, not a learned stress response. Our training does not claim to reverse hormonal changes or replace appropriate medical care, occupational health assessment or workplace adjustments.
