First, ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
Your re-origin.com login is different from your re-origin community forum account. You may use the same login details but they must be managed separately.
For re-origin.com:
Go to www.re-origin.com/my-account. Click the “Lost your password?” link and enter the email associated with your purchase to reset it.
For the re-origin community:
Log in to www.re-origin.com/my-account and click on the link beside “Looking for the re-origin community?” When you get to the sign in page, click “Forgot password?”. Enter the email address you used when first registering. Check your email to reset your password.
