Yoga and meditation aren’t core components of the re-origin program, but many members find they complement the brain retraining work beautifully. These practices can be incredibly helpful for nervous system regulation and emotional balance, which supports the overall process of neuroplasticity.
While our focus is on rewiring the brain through structured cognitive and somatic techniques, we actively encourage members to explore supportive practices like yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork as part of their personal healing toolkit. Some of our community-led sessions and resources also touch on these areas for those who wish to integrate them.
