Once you join, you’ll have access to a supportive space where members connect, share experiences, and support each other. The Progress Pal feature allows you to pair up with someone for accountability, encouragement, and motivation as you work through the program.

Many members find that having a Progress Pal helps them stay consistent and feel less alone in their healing journey.

What is a Progress Pal?

A Progress Pal is another member you can connect with for mutual support, accountability, and encouragement throughout the program.

Do I have to use the Progress Pal feature?

No. It’s completely optional, you can engage with the community and tools in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
