Tatiana Mirren

Tatiana has lived and worked in 4 different countries in a variety of people-focused roles. She used to work full-time, teach regular yoga classes, and do CrossFit, and then one day in November 2021, she couldn’t even get out of bed for weeks. The diagnosis of M.E./CFS followed, and she had to completely put her life on pause for a few years.

For years, she searched for a solution and eventually found a course in Russian (her native language) that transformed her life. The course, which used neuroplasticity and a psycho-somatic approach at its core, allowed Tatiana to recover from CFS and return to her normal life.

She is now back to working full-time in the UK in HR and Learning and Development, doing CrossFit, and supporting others in their well-being journeys as a coach and yoga teacher.
