RE-ORIGIN FOR EMPLOYERS

Practical workplace training for the challenges people actually face.

Help employees handle pressure, support managers through change and develop practical skills that make sense in real working lives.
Neuroscience- and neuroplasticity-informed education, with the focus on practical use rather than theory alone.
CHOOSE YOUR TRAINING

Two practical ways to support people at work

Start with a focused one-off workshop, a structured learning program or a tailored approach. Choose the offer that best matches the challenges your people face.

The Workplace Reset

Practical training on managing pressure, switching off, attention and demanding work situations. Available as a standalone 60-minute workshop, our four-week program or tailored team training.

Menopause at Work

Evidence-informed menopause education, workplace adjustments and supportive manager conversations. Choose awareness sessions, employee workshops, manager training or a combined program.
FEEDBACK FROM THE FOUR-WEEK WORKPLACE RESET

“This was different from the other courses we've had before. I actually learned something, put it into practice and saw results.”

WHAT MAKES RE-ORIGIN DIFFERENT

The science informs the training. The working day shapes it.

We bring together neuroscience, neuroplasticity, nervous system education and behaviour change, explaining complex concepts in clear language and practising skills in realistic workplace situations.

We do not suggest that people can breathe their way out of excessive demands or that neuroplasticity explains every health or workplace challenge. Individual skills and appropriate workplace support both matter.

PRACTICAL OUTCOMES

What employees, managers and employers can take away

  • Relevant learning: strategies linked to everyday work situations rather than generic wellbeing advice.
  • Practical tools: exercises, conversation prompts, resources and action plans matched to the training.
  • Clearer next steps: understanding when personal strategies help and when management or organisational support is needed.
  • Optional evaluation: anonymised feedback on relevance, learning confidence and self-reported use, without unsupported claims about clinical or productivity outcomes.
