Yes. We meet our members wherever they are on their journey. Some members may feel ‘stuck’, not know where to begin or how to map out loops, or may only be starting their journey, and can benefit from additional guided support from our coaches. Members do not need to have completed the entire 28 days to book a coaching session.

While it’s not mandatory, and not always possible to all members, we highly encourage everyone to have camera on during coaching sessions. This can enhance connection, improve engagement, and allow for more personalized feedback. It also helps build trust with your coach and encourages a supportive atmosphere.

No. Coaching is an educational and motivational process that helps you apply re-origin’s science-based tools. Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

Yes. Coaching is designed to help current re-origin members personalize and strengthen their practice.

Group coaching offers community learning and shared insights. 1‑on‑1 coaching gives you private, targeted support and accountability.
