In the summer of 2024, I found myself struggling to just put one foot in front of the other. After many years of pushing through post-viral fatigue while taking care of my family, aging parents, and juggling work-life balance, I found myself completely burned out and no longer able to continue my day-to-day living. I was plagued with mental and physical fatigue, crushing anxiety, difficulty sleeping due to constant worry and rumination, an inconsistent appetite, and lack of self-care.
Discovering a Path to Burnout Recovery
A few months later while scrolling the internet, once again looking for anything that could help me get my life back, I came across a YouTube video of Ben from re-origin explaining neuroplasticity and how using science backed brain retraining techniques would help calm and reset a dysregulated nervous system that was stuck in fight or flight.
I proceeded to watch more videos, research the program, and listen to testimonies.
