Cameron Cox

Cameron is a Certified Level 1 coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and joined re-origin after being diagnosed with Post-Viral Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, and Post-Exertional Malaise. After completing the program and making a full recovery, Cameron is now passionate about helping others overcome chronic health issues.

After Cameron’s GP diagnosed him with Chronic Fatigue and a deep dissatisfaction with the advice of “pace yourself and take it easy”, Cameron set about looking for other treatment methods. This is when he found the re-origin program and Bens’s Tedx talk. All the pieces fell into place, and it made sense that this condition was actually a stress response. After regaining total health and returning to being an active and engaged parent, running, hiking, kayaking, and strength training again, Cameron became a coach with re-origin, helping others overcome various chronic health conditions.

Before his diagnosis, Cameron held senior roles on large-scale construction projects focusing on protecting the workforce’s health, safety, and well-being. These skills in developing and implementing evidence-based health and well-being programs at an organizational scale have provided a deep understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and well-being. Cameron’s coaching approach is to understand the individual and their environment and provide advice on how the program can best work for them.
