You don’t have to complete the program in 28 days. It’s perfectly okay to take more time between days or videos. Healing and learning are deeply personal processes, and everyone moves at their own unique pace. Slowing down to absorb and process the information is not only okay, but often very beneficial.
The re-origin program is designed to be flexible, so feel free to take the time you need to reflect, practice, and integrate each piece before moving on. Progress is about quality, not speed, and creating a pace that feels right for you is key to long-term success.
