Brain Retraining for a Nervous System Stuck in Survival Mode

You may have tried resting, managing stress, nervous system regulation techniques and everything you can think of to feel better, yet your system still seems stuck on high alert.

re-origin is a science-informed brain retraining program that helps you understand why these patterns can persist and teaches you how to begin changing your brain and nervous system’s learned responses through neuroplasticity.

Why Can Your Nervous System Still Feel on High Alert?

After prolonged stress, illness or difficult experiences, your brain and nervous system can become more sensitive to signs of danger. Over time, these protective responses can become automatic, even when the original stress has passed.

The good news is that the brain can change. Through neuroplasticity, it’s possible to develop new patterns and practice responding differently

Understand • Practice • Integrate.

The Science of Learning New Responses

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change through learning and experience. Just as repeated experiences can strengthen familiar patterns, practicing different responses can help build new ones over time.

At re-origin, we combine education, guided brain retraining exercises and practical tools to help you understand your nervous system and begin responding differently to the thoughts, sensations and situations that may be keeping you on high alert.

What Members Say About the Program

“I was skeptical of brain training, but I had nothing to lose, so I gave it a go. As soon as I started Re-Origin, I felt that I had my agency back – I was no longer waiting for somebody else to fix me. My symptoms didn’t vanish overnight, but I started feeling better, a little at a time. I got my life back!”

Vera

“Just join. This program has extremely well organized, easy to follow material and outstanding community support. RO is a gift to humanity.”

Katie L.

“I can’t say how great that was or how priceless it was to get that information, because you can be given all the scientific information, but if you’re not actually given the instruction manual on how to do it, you’re not going to heal. My conception of the body and mind and how it all works has completely changed.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How does re-origin work?

Membership gives you access to the online course and community after purchase. The core learning is organised into four weeks, but you can take longer and revisit lessons during your 12-month membership. The program provides educational material and exercises; it is not medical treatment.

Experiences vary, and a particular result or timeline is not guaranteed. The program recommends at least six months of practice for 30 minutes daily. The four-week curriculum describes the learning sequence, not a promise of recovery in four weeks.

All Program sales are final once access has been granted. However, if after six months of daily brain retraining you have received no value from the Program or Community, you may be eligible to request a refund under our Results Guarantee. Eligibility requirements and Terms & Conditions apply.

Program + Community costs $379 for 12 months. It renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Individual and group coaching are optional services with additional fees.

The Program and Community are designed to be used on their own. Member support, online classes and the Ask Me Anything space are included. Individual and group coaching are available separately for an additional fee.
